Masts
The PowerPole Mast Systems are uniquely designed to offer high strength and extreme portability. Engineered with PowerTrak technology, the alloy aluminum masts feature an all steel track and pinion all weather climbing system. Masts are bolted together to reach heights of 100'. The PowerPole and PowerPole ByPass have their own mast systems. Refer to the "Choosing a System" section to select the right system for you.

PowerPole Tilt-Up Mast System The PowerPole masts and couplers are uniquely designed to offer all weather performance and safety. The high strength alloy aluminum masts feature a robust galvanized steel track nested inside and are field replaceable. This "track and pinion" design is unique to the system and helps the PowerPole produce the highest lift to weight ratio of any related access equipment. PowerPole By-Bass Mast System The PowerPole ByPass masts and couplers differ from the PowerPole Tilt-Up masts by allowing ground up erection and the ability to pass wall ties without temporarily disconnecting the wall brace. The PowerPole ByPass masts have a stiffener to allow the system to cantilever above the wall tie during erection. Each 6 foot mast features an automatic stop to ensure the climbing unit stops at the top of the stack. Stack these masts together up to 100 feet tall in less than an hour. Learn More... |
