Saw Operator
Eastside Machine Company is seeking a Saw Operator to join our machine shop team. If you enjoy working with your hands and are mechanically inclined, motivated, and hardworking, we want to hear from you! Experience with hand and power tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will have background operating a horizontal saw in a manufacturing setting.

We are a locally owned manufacturing company based in Fargo, North Dakota, offering roll-forming machines for seamless steel siding, roofing, and gutters, as well as custom machines. We are also a supplier of ReechCraft access solutions for construction, maintenance, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprint specifications to determine part length and material requirements
- Select and install blades and other saw attachments appropriate to the material being cut
- Measure and mark material for cutting
- Inspect saw equipment for proper operating conditions; check product dimensions and tolerances with appropriate tools to ensure that they conform to specifications; adjust machine stops, feeds, and speeds as necessary; and monitor saw equipment through the cutting process
- Use computers to receive material, issue material, and track operation time
- Use forklift to load and unload raw materials from trucks and internal racking system
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Forklift experience is preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace, and follow and comply with all company safety requirements and procedures
