Processing Orders

Standard processing time for all orders of twelve (12) or fewer Broncos is 1-3 business days.

Standard processing time for all orders of thirteen (13) or more Broncos is 10 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped free on board (FOB) from our facility in Fargo, North Dakota.

Shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous states; contact Customer Service if you require shipping elsewhere.

Orders will ship FedEx Ground.

Tracking information will be sent via email.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team at as soon as possible to provide your tracking number and to file a claim. Customer Service is unable to reship a lost item without the tracking number and a lost package claim.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact our Customer Service team at to request a cancellation of your order. Any cancellation requests received after your order has shipped will not be processed.

Return Policy

All returns must be requested by contacting our Customer Service team at within 10 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

All returns are subject to a twenty (20) percent  restocking fee. In the event your order is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team at with photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the matter with the shipping company.

If it is deemed necessary to re-ship an item due to damage, our Customer Service team will provide you with a shipping label to return the damaged item.

A replacement item will not be shipped until the damaged item is in transit to our facilities in Fargo, North Dakota.

Refund Policy

Any authorized refunds will require five (5) to ten (10) business days for reimbursement to the original form of payment, less restocking fee.
