  • Create and maintain a Bill of Materials for all production products and processes, ensuring quality control
  • Design for tooling and fixtures
  • Customer service and technical support
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of technical documentation such as operator’s manuals, instructions, parts lists, test reports, and service manuals
  • Help develop training materials
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Working knowledge of Pro/Engineer and/or Creo software and CAD
  • Eagerness to collaborate across departments, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of projects and processes
