Responsibilities:
- Help identify, prioritize, and execute product improvements, enhancements, and cost savings
- Create and maintain a Bill of Materials for all production products and processes, ensuring quality control
- Design for tooling and fixtures
- Customer service and technical support
- Assist with the creation and implementation of technical documentation such as operator’s manuals, instructions, parts lists, test reports, and service manuals
- Help develop training materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Working knowledge of Pro/Engineer and/or Creo software and CAD
- Eagerness to collaborate across departments, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer service
- Ability to work with a diverse range of projects and processes
